Ann Cranford is president of The Cranford Agency and holds CPIW, HCSS, DAE, and CPIA designations. She is currently working on CLCS and CPCU designations. She has been in the insurance field for over thirty years. She is the 2007-2008 president of Professional Insurance Agents of North Carolina and is past president of the Randolph Association of Insurance Women. She was awarded the RAIW Community Involvement Award for the years 2000-2003. A graduate of High Point University and past president of the Randolph County Altrusa Club, Ann's article, "How I Developed a Winning Hand With Assisted Living Facilities in North Carolina", was featured in American Agent and Broker Magazine in June of 2000 and again in December 2006. She is also an associate member of NCALTCF and SCARCP. Ann focuses on commercial lines production, with special emphasis on assisted living risks.
Tommy Cranford joined The Cranford Agency full-time in 1997 after 28 years in human resources for both Burlington Industries and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is Chief Financial Officer for The Cranford Agency and also a commercial lines producer.
Amy Cranford Perkins joined her parents in the agency full time as vice-president in January 2010 after graduating from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has earned her CPIA designation and is currently serving as president of the Randolph Association of Insurance Women. She is working on achieving her CLCS designation. She specializes in and services both commercial and personal lines.
Lisa Brock came to the Cranford Agency in June of 2002 after beginning her insurance career in 1986. She holds CPIW, CISR, and DAE designations and was the 2005 president of the Randolph Association of Insurance Women. She is a commercial lines account executive and is experienced in all lines of insurance.
