The Cranford Agency, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Ann Cranford. With more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ann, alongside her husband, Tommy, built the agency’s reputation on leadership, service, and specialized knowledge, including extensive work with assisted living and other healthcare-related risks. Effective January 2026, Ann and Tommy Cranford retired from the agency. Their daughter, Amy Cranford Perkins, who has been with the agency since 2010, became President, and Derek Perkins, who joined the agency in 2013, became Vice President.

Unlike many insurance agents, we do not work for a specific company. We represent multiple carriers and work exclusively for our policyholders.
